Why is a staff member unable to log in to the FLiiP platform?

A user (coach, staff, or admin) may encounter an error message when trying to log in to the FLiiP mobile or web platform.

đź§ľ What you need to know:

  • This message is not related to the user’s contract or membership status.

  • If the person holds a staff or coach role, the message indicates that their access was manually deactivated in the gym’s staff list by an admin or gym owner.

  • Once deactivated, the user cannot log in, change locations, or access their profile.

  • The user should contact the gym's administrator or owner and request to be reactivated in the Staff section of the FLiiP platform.
