Why is a staff member unable to log in to the FLiiP platform?
A user (coach, staff, or admin) may encounter an error message when trying to log in to the FLiiP mobile or web platform.
đź§ľ What you need to know:

This message is not related to the user’s contract or membership status.

If the person holds a staff or coach role, the message indicates that their access was manually deactivated in the gym’s staff list by an admin or gym owner.

Once deactivated, the user cannot log in, change locations, or access their profile.

The user should contact the gym's administrator or owner and request to be reactivated in the Staff section of the FLiiP platform.
