Why does a free trial seem to last longer than expected?
I set a free trial to last a specific number of days — why does it appear that clients can book beyond that timeframe?
In FLiiP, the duration of a free trial is controlled by the setting called "Number of allowed days after registering for a free trial."
This setting starts counting from the exact moment the client registers, not from the date of their first class booking. As a result, the period includes the day of registration as Day 1, and access ends after the total number of full days has passed.
Because of this logic, the visible range of days may appear to span one more calendar date than expected — but the actual duration is correct.
Important:
If you want the trial to end on a specific calendar day (e.g., exactly 7 calendar days after registration), you may need to subtract one from the value you set.
