Why do my members need approval to purchase a new membership, even if the “Approval Required” option is turned off?
Even if the “Approval Required” option is disabled in your membership settings, an approval request may still appear if the member already has an active, unfinished membership.
This behavior is intentional, as it helps prevent overlapping memberships or conflicts in billing and scheduling.
Is it possible to completely disable this approval request?
No — currently, this request cannot be disabled if an active membership is still ongoing.
Is there a way for memberships to renew automatically without manual intervention?
Yes. You can consider the following setup:

Enable “Approval required on initial purchase” in the class registration settings (Gym > Settings > Registrations).

Enable auto renew for your memberships.
This setup allows the system to manage renewals automatically, without any action needed from members, while still keeping control over the initial purchase.
