Using Live Check-in

Before You Start

Discover what live check-in is - Live Check-in Chrome Extension

Make sure you have:

• Chrome browser installed
• The Live Check-in extension installed and connected

Understanding the Check-in Feed

The sidebar displays member check-ins in real-time:

Last Scanned Member (Top Section)

• Member photo
• Member name
• Check-in time
• Membership type
• Status badge (Success, Alert, or Blocked)

Recent Check-ins (Below)

• Shows all members who checked in today
• Most recent check-ins appear at the top
• Each entry includes photo, name, time, and status

Status Indicators

✅ Success (Green)
Member checked in successfully with no issues.

⚠️ Alert (Orange)
Member checked in but requires attention. Common alerts:

• Membership expiring soon
• Outstanding balance
• Medical waiver expiring
• Guest pass usage limit approaching

🚫 Blocked (Red)
Member was blocked from entry. Common reasons:

• Membership expired
• Account suspended
• Payment failed
• Access restrictions

Viewing Member Details

To see more information about a member:

1. Click on any member in the check-in feed
2. Their full profile opens in a new tab
3. View membership details, purchase history, and notes

Tip: This is helpful when you need to quickly assist a member at the front desk.

Searching and Filtering

Search by Name:

1. Click the search icon in the sidebar
2. Type the member's name
3. View their recent check-in history

Filter by Status:

1. Click the filter icon
2. Select: All, Success, Alert, or Blocked
3. View only check-ins matching your selection

Filter by Membership/Service:

1. Click the filter icon
2. Select specific membership types or services
3. View check-ins for that category only
