How can I send upcoming appointments to clients by email?
You can notify clients about their upcoming appointments automatically using the Automation List, or manually by sending a direct email.
🧾 Option 1 – Automatic (recommended):

Go to Communications > Automation list.

Click on the Services category.

Enable the automation called “Reminders sent to clients X hours before the appointment.”

Choose how many hours before the appointment the reminder should be sent.
✅ The system will automatically send reminder emails to clients with upcoming appointments.
📧 Option 2 – Manual (optional):

Go to Communications > Emails.

Select the client you want to contact.

Write and send the email manually with the appointment details.
