How can I send upcoming appointments to clients by email?

You can notify clients about their upcoming appointments automatically using the Automation List, or manually by sending a direct email.

🧾 Option 1 – Automatic (recommended):

  1. Go to Communications > Automation list.

  2. Click on the Services category.

  3. Enable the automation called “Reminders sent to clients X hours before the appointment.”

  4. Choose how many hours before the appointment the reminder should be sent.

✅ The system will automatically send reminder emails to clients with upcoming appointments.

📧 Option 2 – Manual (optional):

  1. Go to Communications > Emails.

  2. Select the client you want to contact.

  3. Write and send the email manually with the appointment details.
