Why don’t some items appear in the Payment List?

This is not a bug. If you filter by Select period by payment received date, only collected payments are shown.
Upcoming / not yet received payments will not appear with this filter. To include them, use Select period by billing date.


How to display what you need

  1. Choose the period

  • To see collected payments: Select period by payment received date.

  • To see due/upcoming payments (and any collected ones that fall within the billing period): Select period by billing date.

  1. Choose the tab

  • Active payments

  • Future payments

  • Unpaid service

  1. Adjust filters

  • Transaction status: Success, Error, Pending, Processing, Not invoiced, Cancelled, Deleted.

  • (If needed) Payment method, Employee, Transaction type, etc.

Key point: a scheduled but not yet received payment won’t show when the period is filtered by payment received date.


Quick examples

  • You want today’s collections → period by payment received date + status Success.

  • You want upcoming payments → period by billing date + tab Future payments (optionally include statuses Pending / Processing / Not invoiced).
