I received a Worldline Payment Guard email about PCI compliance. Is this related to Bambora, and what do I need to do?
Yes. Worldline Payment Guard is the portal used (with Bambora) to complete your PCI compliance.
What you need to do

Log in to the Worldline Payment Guard portal using the link in the email.

Complete your Business Profile in the portal.

Fill out the PCI questionnaire (SAQ).

Validate and submit. After a successful assessment, you’ll see a Compliance badge with an expiry date in the portal.
