Why don’t some items appear in the Payment List?
This is not a bug. If you filter by Select period by payment received date, only collected payments are shown.
Upcoming / not yet received payments will not appear with this filter. To include them, use Select period by billing date.
How to display what you need

Choose the period

To see collected payments: Select period by payment received date.

To see due/upcoming payments (and any collected ones that fall within the billing period): Select period by billing date.

Choose the tab

Active payments
-
Future payments
-
Unpaid service
-
Adjust filters
-
Transaction status: Success, Error, Pending, Processing, Not invoiced, Cancelled, Deleted.

(If needed) Payment method, Employee, Transaction type, etc.
Key point: a scheduled but not yet received payment won’t show when the period is filtered by payment received date.
Quick examples

You want today’s collections → period by payment received date + status Success.

You want upcoming payments → period by billing date + tab Future payments (optionally include statuses Pending / Processing / Not invoiced).
