Why does the direct link to a membership redirect to the full list of memberships instead of the selected one?

The direct link to a membership only works for users who are not logged in to the FLiiP platform.

  • For a visitor or non-member: the link will take them directly to the selected membership so they can proceed with the purchase.

  • For a logged-in user (member or staff): the link will redirect to the full list of memberships because the user already has access to all available offers from their account.

Tip:
To test or share the link as a new client would see it, open it in a private/incognito browser window or log out of FLiiP before clicking on it.
