Why can’t I open a contract for some planned services, while I can for memberships under Documents?

 

This is expected.
Memberships generate a PDF in Member profile → Documents.
For services, contract creation depends on the “Contrat applicable” setting in the service configuration (exact in-product label).

Key point: if “Contrat applicable” is off, no PDF is created → nothing will appear to open on the member record.

Where to check / fix (generic)

  1. Open the service settings.

  2. Enable “Contrat applicable.”

  3. Save.

  4. For existing items without a PDF:

    • Generate the contract manually (if available), or

    • Update / recreate the item to produce the PDF, or

    • Ask support to generate the contract.
