      Why can’t a member share their membership with another member?

      In FLiiP, a membership can only be shared with another active member.
      If the person you’re trying to share the membership with is registered as a free trial, the sharing won’t be possible.

      Steps to fix the issue:

      1. Go to the Members menu.

      2. Click on the Free Trials tab.

      3. Search for the name of the person you want to share the membership with.

      4. Click on their profile, then update their role by selecting Member.

      5. Save the changes.

      6. Once that’s done, refresh the page and try sharing the membership again.
