What does the small “chain” icon on the right of a member row mean?

This icon indicates the member has two or more Active or Planned items on their account: subscriptions (contracts) and/or services.

It is NOT:

  • subscription sharing between accounts,

  • multi-location/center sharing,

  • or a billing error.

Where do I see it?

  • FLiiP → Members → Member Management: the icon appears in the rightmost column of the member’s row.

How do I check the details for a member?

  1. Go to FLiiP → Members → Member Management, open the member profile.

  2. In the left sidebar, open Memberships and Services.

  3. Check each item’s Status: Active / Planned / Expired / Cancelled.

Important: The icon shows when the member has ≥ 2 Active/Planned items.
Not counted: Expired, Cancelled, Draft/Archived.

How to make the icon disappear

It disappears automatically once there is only one Active or Planned item left.

  • If an item shouldn’t be active/planned, cancel/terminate it per your policy.

  • Otherwise keep as is — it’s informational only.

Examples

  • 1 annual subscription + 1 service → icon shown

  • 2 active subscriptions → icon shown

  • 1 active subscription, others expired → no icon

Quick FAQ

  • Does it mean “shared subscription”? No — it’s a multi-item indicator on the same member.

  • Does it affect billing? No — informational only.

  • Can I hide it manually? No — it follows the counting logic.
