Understanding membership statuses

When a member is assigned a membership, it can have different statuses depending on their situation. Here's what each status means:

Active
The member has an active membership. This means it is ongoing and the member can attend classes.

Planned
The membership has been created but is not yet active. It is set to begin on a future date. This status helps organize membership start dates in advance.

Suspended
The member's membership is temporarily on hold. This may be due to travel, injury, or illness. Suspension can also include pausing future payments.

Inactive
The member has not attended any classes for a certain number of days. This status reflects inactivity and can be viewed in the membership analytics reports.

Cancelled
The membership was ended before its scheduled end date. This may be due to a member request or an administrative action. The member no longer has access to classes, and no future payments will be processed.
