Viewing the attendance of a class

Everything you need to know about viewing the attendance of a class or event.

From the calendar, you can click on a class or event to see the list of registered participants. From this list, you can take attendance and see important information about members.

What do the symbols next to client's names mean?

 Indicates a free trial, or the customer’s first class.

  Indicates that a membership is expiring.

Indicates that a client cancelled late. 

Indicates a balance owed by the client.

Indicates a client’s birthday is within 7 days. 

Indicates the client has a medical condition.

Indicates the client has an injury.

  Indicates that there are several notifications for the client.
