​Step 11 - Set up your business rules (Initial parameters)

What is it done for?

This configuration will allow you to set up your general platform rules.

By going to the general settings, you will be able to go to registration and define the information you want to collect about your members' registrations. On this same tab, you will also be able to set all the rules regarding your course registration policy. It is you who choose Maximum time for users to register before a class, Minimum time for users to register before a class, Minimum time for users to register before an appointment, etc.



Then you can choose whether you allow free trials for your gym or the automatic recall time of a course.
Finally, if you have a scanning system with a turnstile, you can configure the management of your personalized IDs, once you completed the configuration click save for changes to take effect.
