How to stop recurring payments from the mobile app?

If you want to cancel the recurring payments linked to your membership, here are the steps to follow directly from the FLiiP mobile app:

Open the FLiiP mobile app.
Tap the three vertical lines at the top of the screen to access your profile.
Select the Payments option.
If your membership allows payment management from the app, you will see an option to cancel the auto renew.

What if the option isn’t available?
In some cases, payment management must be handled by the studio staff. We recommend contacting your gym’s team directly — they’ll be able to guide you and cancel the auto renew if needed.
