How to manage appointments ?
Once your calendar is set-up, here how you can manage your appointment
Once a lead opt-in and book a consult with one of you staff in his calendar, he will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can edit this email in the calendar editor :
1. Check the contact field to make sure that the contact will receive this notification email
2. You can edit your re-scheduling link message or cancellation message in the additionnal notes field.
Once the appointment is booked, the opportunity will automaticaly move in the Booked stage of the sales pipeline
If you create a new appointment type for a new pipeline, we recommend you to go into your automations tabs, click on the folder 04.0 Appointment Automations, copy the 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and 4.6, and edit the calendar TRIGGER in every workflow copied.
