How to find members with user credit on the platform?

To view the list of members with active user credit in FLiiP, you can access this information directly from the Payments section.

Steps to get the list of members with user credit:

1. Log in to your FLiiP platform.

2. Click on the Payments menu in the left-hand sidebar.

3. Select User Credit.

4. Click the Export button to generate an Excel file containing the full list of members and their credit balance.

Once the file is open in Excel, you can sort or filter the data to show only members with a balance greater than 0, and exclude those without any active credit.
