How does the Family Management feature work in FLiiP (Parent/Child Booking)?

FLiiP offers flexible options for families. A parent can book for their children or manage several family members using the same or separate accounts.

👪 1. Multi-Booking from One Account

If you want a parent to be able to book multiple spots (e.g., for themselves and their child) directly from their account:

  • Where to activate it?
    FLiiP > Settings > Class Booking Settings
    ➤ Enable "Allow multiple bookings for the same user"

This allows booking 2, 3, or more spots for a class at once from the same profile.


🔗 2. Link Parent and Child Accounts

To clearly organize family relationships in FLiiP and optionally manage payments:

  • Where to do it?
    Go to the member's profile > General tab > Scroll to Family section

  • Click the red "+" button to add a family link

  • Choose the relationship (parent/child) and select the member to link

  • Optionally, set who handles the payment


📧 3. Can they use the same email address?

Yes — both options are supported:

Option Outcome
Same email for parent & child The system will ask which profile to use when logging in.
Notifications go to the same email, but are personalized (with the member's name).
Separate emails Each profile is fully independent, with their own reminders and history.
