How to cancel a member’s contract?

Steps to cancel a membership

Here are the steps to complete the cancellation of a membership:

  • From the member management section, click on the customer’s name

  • Then, go to the "Memberships" tab

  • Click on the three dots in the "Action" box

  • Click on "Cancel Membership"

  • Choose the refund type if needed (user credit, refund, or no refund)

  • The system will automatically calculate the refund amount based on the contract, but you can manually adjust the amount if necessary

Please note:

  • By default, the refund type is set to "user credit." If you leave it like that, the amount will appear in the member’s profile and will automatically be applied to their next payment.

  • Once a membership has been canceled, it cannot be undone — it will not be reactivated or added back to the member’s profile. You would need to create a new membership.

However, if it was a scheduled cancellation, you can reverse it. To do that, click again on the three dots > Cancel Membership > then click on "remove scheduled suspend contract."
