How do I create a survey?

  1. Navigate to the Survey Builder:
    Go to your RISE account and navigate to Sites > Surveys.

  2. Create a New Survey:

    • Click on the "+ Create New Survey" button.
    • Provide a name for your survey, e.g., “Customer Satisfaction Survey,” to easily identify it later.
  3. Add Questions:

    • Drag and drop the required survey elements from the right-hand menu. For a satisfaction survey, consider adding the following types of questions:
      • Scale (1-5, 1-10): For questions like “How satisfied were you with our service?” (e.g., 1 = Very Dissatisfied, 5 = Very Satisfied).
      • Short Answer: To allow users to provide additional feedback or suggestions.
      • Multiple Choice: For questions like “What part of our service did you find most valuable?”.
      • Yes/No: For binary questions such as “Would you recommend us to others?”

  4. Customize Question Text:

    • Edit the text for each question by clicking on it and typing your desired question.
  5. Save the Survey:

    • Once you’ve added all questions, click the Save Survey button in the top right.
