How do I create a survey?

Navigate to the Survey Builder:
Go to your RISE account and navigate to Sites > Surveys. -
Create a New Survey:
- Click on the "+ Create New Survey" button.
- Provide a name for your survey, e.g., “Customer Satisfaction Survey,” to easily identify it later.

Add Questions:
- Drag and drop the required survey elements from the right-hand menu. For a satisfaction survey, consider adding the following types of questions:
- Scale (1-5, 1-10): For questions like “How satisfied were you with our service?” (e.g., 1 = Very Dissatisfied, 5 = Very Satisfied).
- Short Answer: To allow users to provide additional feedback or suggestions.
- Multiple Choice: For questions like “What part of our service did you find most valuable?”.
- Yes/No: For binary questions such as “Would you recommend us to others?”
- Drag and drop the required survey elements from the right-hand menu. For a satisfaction survey, consider adding the following types of questions:

Customize Question Text:
- Edit the text for each question by clicking on it and typing your desired question.

Save the Survey:
- Once you’ve added all questions, click the Save Survey button in the top right.
