How can I view or request a report of cancelled memberships for a specific period?

A gym owner may want to review cancelled or scheduled-to-cancel memberships for a specific date range. Here's how to do it.

🧾 You have two options:

➤ To simply view the information:

1. Go to the Analytics tab.

2. Click on Memberships.

3. Select the desired date range at the top right.

4. Review the data in the Cancelled Memberships table.

➤ To receive a downloadable report (Excel):

• Just send us an email with the desired period.

• We will take care of exporting and sending you the cancellation report.
