How can I make a payment outside of the scheduled membership payments in a member’s profile?

You can create a one-time payment that is not tied to the membership billing cycle by using the Point of Sale feature.

đź§ľ Steps to follow:

  1. Go to the Point of Sale section.

  2. Click Add an item, then select Manual Payment.

  3. Enter a title and description (e.g., one-time fee, special purchase, etc.).

  4. Select the applicable taxes based on your region.

  5. Enter the total amount including tax — the system will automatically calculate the pre-tax amount.

  6. If the payment is being collected immediately, select today’s date.

  7. If the payment is scheduled for later, choose a future date.

  8. Then click on Add Payment, search for the member concerned.

  9. Complete the sale to record the payment under their profile.
