Why is the contract not available for printing in the Documents tab or in the Memberships tab of the member profile?

  1. If the contract does not appear in the documents section or under the memberships tab, it may be because the "contract applicable" field was set to no when the membership was created.

    How to check and fix this:

    1 - Go to the memberships tab.

    2 - Select the membership for which the contract is missing.

    3 - Check the "contract applicable" field.

    4 - If it’s set to no, change it to yes.

Once this change is made, future contracts will correctly appear under the Memberships and Documents tabs for the affected members. (Note: this change is not retroactive.)
