Can I receive an email notification when a member books an activity?

Yes, it’s possible.
FLiiP allows you to enable an internal email notification whenever a member completes a registration for an activity (class, service, etc.). This can be helpful to stay informed in real time about new bookings.

However, please note that:

  • The notification applies to all registrations, regardless of the activity type.

  • It is not possible to receive alerts for specific activities only.


How to activate this notification:

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Communications.

  2. Select Automation List.

  3. Click on the Internal tab.

  4. Enable the automation called New Registration Completed (Internal).

Once this option is enabled, you’ll receive an email every time a member registers for an activity.


Other useful information:

  • This is an automatic notification with no option to filter by activity type.

  • If you notice a one-day difference between the registration date and the date shown in the billing section, it may be due to a time zone discrepancy. This is just a display issue and does not affect actual processing.

  • If needed, you can manually update the billing date directly in the payment record.
