How to turn On or Off ''Stop on Response'' Workflow

When a lead answer to an automated sms or email, the workflow automatically stop

here is how you can turn On or Off the ''Stop on Response'' Setting :

1. Select your workflow

2. Click on Settings

3. Turn On or Off the ''Stop on response'' option

4. Click Save
