Conversations

Here is how you will be able to chat with all your leads through SMS or emails.

On the left menu, you will find the conversation Tab. Once you click on it, you will see all your conversations with all your leads. 

You have access to a filter where you can sort all your messages according to their assigned contact, last message direction, type (inbound or outbound) and channel.

Also, you can easily see if the message is either a SMS or a Email according to their small icon : 

Finally, when you want to send a message or respond to a lead, you only have to click on the lead in the conversation tab and the conversation window will open. At the bottom left you will can pick the type of message you want according to the leads informations you got from the opt-in form!
