What is it? The Unsigned Waivers Report gives you a clear list of all members who have not yet signed the required waivers for their memberships or services.
Why is it important?
- Ensures all members have completed their legal paperwork before accessing your gym.
- Helps you follow up quickly with members who are missing waivers, reducing your legal risk.
- Keeps your records up to date and your compliance strong.
Where do I find it?
- Go to the Reports section in your Analytics, select Members.
- Look for the report called “Members with unsigned waivers” (the exact title may vary slightly).
What does it show?
- Member name and contact information
- Which waiver(s) are unsigned
- Membership/service details
- Location (if your gym has multiple locations)
2. Waivers Nearing Expiration Report
What is it? The Waivers Nearing Expiration Report highlights members whose signed waivers are about to expire.
Why is it important?
- Lets you proactively reach out to members before their waiver expires, ensuring continued access to your gym.
- Keeps your gym legally protected by making sure all waivers are always up to date.
- Reduces last-minute compliance issues and member access disruptions.
Where do I find it?
- This report will also be found in the Reports section (or Analytics), named “Waivers nearing expiration”.
- Note: This feature may still be in development—check your dashboard or with FLiiP support for availability.
What does it show?
- Member name and contact information
- Expiration date of their current waiver
- Membership/service details
- Suggested action or next steps (such as sending a renewal reminder)
