How to set a fixed payment date

Currently, it is not possible to choose a fixed payment date. The payment date is established upon purchase of your contract.

For example, if you have a membership with monthly billing, if you assign the membership on the 12th, every 12th of the month a debit will be made.

There is the possibility of changing the start date of the contract after awarding it. Here are the steps to follow:

By moving back the date, the next payments will automatically adjust to the chosen date.

**** Note: do not move the date back to more than one payment cycle.
