      How to launch your FLiiP platform?

      How to launch your FLiiP platform?

      Here are the steps to follow to officially launch your platform to your customers!


      Sending the launch email to all your members


      An email is sent to all your members so that they can recover their profile using the "forgot password" function.


      This email is sent via MailChimp, which is integrated with the FLiiP platform. Here is an example of an email that you can use when sending, please follow the procedure that will direct you to send the email.


      SUBJECT: * IMPORTANT * New booking software FLiiP

      Hi!

      I would like to inform you that we've decided to change our online booking software for FLiiP! Starting “add go live date”, we will be using FLiiP for the online booking. Your profiles are all created. All you need to do is retrieve your profiles by creating a new password.

      Simply follow those steps:

      1. Go to “add gym hyper link” 

      2. Click on “Forgot password” and enter your email.*

      3. Go to your email inbox and locate the email that FLiiP sent you to create your password. If you haven’t received an email check your spam inbox. 

      4. Once completed, you can return on the web OR download the FLiiP App to log in, using your email and your new password. 

      5. Please update your personal data.
        A) In the "Profile / Personal information" tab, please fill in all the missing information.
        B) In the "Profile / Payment Information" tab, please complete the credit card or bank account payment information.
        C) On the app, under Settings / Reminder you can synchronize your classes with your personal calendar and add SMS/Email reminder sas well.

        *If you are unable to retrieve your account or have any questions, please communicate with me.*

        Here are the following steps to reserve an online class:

      1. To book a class go to “Calendar” tab and click on the class you would like to register for.

      Connect to Mailchimp.com

      1. Go to the Create tab> Create a campaign
      2. Enter your campaign name> Transition to FLiiP
      3. Fill in the desired fields
      4. Edit the text to send using our template
      5. Press Send to make the official send

      If you do not have a Mailchimp account, please follow this procedure to complete the integration with your FLiiP platform.
