Guide for creating a schedule
All the information you need to know about creating your class schedule
Here are all the steps to follow for creating your class schedule and calendar.
From the Classes tab:
- Rooms: Start by creating a room in which you offer your classes.
You can create more than one room to have several different calendars or times, or put all your lessons in the same room.
Note: You can select one room as the 'default' room, which means it will be the default selection when creating classes, as well as the default calendar for clients. - Categories: Create all of your categories for your classes (ex: Spin, Crossfit, Yoga, etc)
- Class types: Create a class type for every class you want to offer. (ex: Functional training, Reformer, WOD, etc)
Your class type determines the name of the class visible to clients when registering, as well as linked to a category (step 2).
You can also assign a specific colour to the class type, which will reflect on the class calendar. - Classes: Add new classes to create your schedule.
When adding a new class, you'll select all the details including: class type, instructor, places available, day and time, etc.
